EU Trade Policy in Times of Heightened Geo-economic Competition

In response to rising global geo-economic competition, the European Union is being forced to rethink its trade and investment strategies. As it seeks to de-risk and re-shore, the Union struggles to align trade policies with its multilateral vocations.

This ENGAGE webinar will explore the complexities of the bloc’s trade policies and strategies in light of its foreign policy ambitions, internal pressures, and international contestation. The panel will be moderated by Gustavo Müller.
